– I was born in Greece, Athens, but raised in Africa in Ghana at a young age for 5 years. I then lived for 10 years in Brussels where I finished the European Baccalaureate. I came back to Greece to study Management at the American College of Greece (Deree) in Athens and finally, I did my Masters in UK for 2 years at the Royal Agricultural College of Cirencester in Marketing of Wine. I have been in the Wine Business for the last 15 years due to my mother’s & uncle’s Boutique Winery situated in the region of Nemea (Peloponnese) called “Papantonis Winery” (www.papantonis.gr). April 2015, I sought to diversify my career and specialize in the high end and sophisticated service sector by targeting the upmarket segment in the Hospitality and Hotel Management Business. I learned to cultivate even more, my ability to network with exclusive clientele, which in many ways required educating my clients in the multiple options available to meet their needs. A new chapter in my Life that helped me discover more of my capabilities, my worth and to find my way into what it is that inspires me to be who I am! Therefore, my first job experience in the hotel sector was in Nafplio which is located in the Peloponnese in Greece and I worked for the Boutique Hotel “3Sixty Hotel & Suites” as Guest Relations (www.3sixtyhotel.gr) for 3 years.
I therefore, allowed Food & Wine to become a hobby. I granted myself time to find my composure and I finally listened to the whispering wise voice of my heart uncovering my true ambitions, aspirations & I finally started visualizing my dream.
